Once we have that information, we’ll be able to reach out for photos and videos, which help us assess your repair needs more effectively, so please have those ready.

Please note that a minimum shipping fee applies to all repairs, whether under warranty or not, to cover transit costs. Any applicable repair fees for non-warranty items will be clearly explained before shipping and service begin.

Limited Lifetime Guarantee

At Ashtons Blinds, our Limited Lifetime Guarantee reflects our commitment to providing a seamless and satisfying experience—from selection and purchase to everyday use of your window fashion products.

What’s Covered

Hunter Douglas window fashion products are protected against defects in materials, workmanship, and operational failure for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless otherwise specified below):

Internal mechanisms
Components and brackets
Fabric delamination
Operational cords (covered for 7 years from the date of purchase)
Repairs and replacements with like or similar parts/products
Motorization components (covered for 5 years from the date of purchase)

What’s Not Covered

Certain conditions are excluded from coverage under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, including the following:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations
Exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, moisture, discoloration, or fading over time)
Failure to follow instructions on measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance
Shipping charges, removal, and reinstallation costs

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Original purchasers: Contact the dealer where you made your purchase for assistance.
Non-original owners: While warranty coverage does not apply, we may provide free repair parts and instructions. Submit a request via our Parts Request Form or visit your local dealer. Please note that repair costs may apply—use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized dealer near you.
